Offset takes accountability for the role he played in the public fallout with Cardi B.

In a candid moment with Ebro, Offset reflected on his personal failings amid the tense dynamics with his estranged wife, Cardi B, stating: “I f*cked up… I gotta acknowledge that and then get back on the journey… I’ve accepted the actions I’ve done to cause certain situations to happen.”

As previously reported that Cardi B has filed for divorce from Offset. According to TMZ, the divorce has been brewing for a while. After nearly 7 years of marriage a source says, “it’s been a long time in coming.” The source claims, “they’re just disconnected from each other.”

Back in December, Cardi also revealed that she and Offset had called it quits. While on Instagram live, Cardi opened up about the status of her relationship with the father of her three children. “I’ve been single for a minute now. I just [didn’t] know how to tell the world,” Cardi expressed.

In the midst of the divorce, Offset filed an amended divorce response earlier this month, requesting spousal support from Cardi B. Although the filing doesn’t specify an amount, it marks a significant shift in their divorce proceedings, which had previously seemed amicable regarding financial matters. Offset’s request is reportedly based on the considerable disparity in their net worths—Cardi B’s estimated at $80–100 million and Offset’s around $30 million

In addition to spousal support, Offset is seeking joint custody of their three children, with Cardi B’s home designated as their primary residence . Despite the legal complexities, both parties have agreed to cover their own legal fees.
