Oprah Winfrey Shuts Down Saks Fifth Ave + Drops $10 K On A Dress For Former Student

Oprah Winfrey is truly a giver.

According to reports, she shut down Saks Fifth  Avenue in Beverly Hills for a private shopping event for some of her students. Winfrey has a school in South Africa, Leadership Academy for Girls, and one of her former students is getting married. 

Winfrey also gifted her former student a $10,000 wedding dress. She also treated some of her other former students who were there to lunch at the exclusive Beverly Hills restaurant Spago.

Winfrey opened her all-girls boarding school in 2007 and may open one in the U.S.
