An eviction notice issued to Pooh Shiesty, whose legal name is Lontrell Denell Williams Jr., details a series of alleged lease violations at a luxury North Dallas condominium in the weeks leading up to his arrest in a federal kidnapping conspiracy case.

The notice, sent to Williams and his father, Lontrell Denell Williams Sr., concerns the unit at Windrose Tower at Legacy West. According to the document, the property’s landlord, Mano Group LLC, issued a “Final Notice of Multiple Lease Violations” after receiving several incident reports from the building’s homeowners’ association between Nov. 13 and Dec. 7, 2025.

The letter states that each reported incident “constitutes a material breach of your Lease, the Rider, and the building’s Governing Documents.”

One violation stems from a Nov. 13, 2025, incident involving a guest identified as Rodney Wright Kevin Dubois. According to the notice, after Dubois checked out of Guest Suite 1, building staff discovered what the HOA described as “an overwhelming marijuana odor.” The association subsequently fumigated the suite, incurring a $250 charge billed to the landlord.

The letter states that under Paragraphs 12(C) and 21 of the residential lease, Williams is “fully responsible for all fines, charges, and damages arising from the conduct of your guests.” As a result, the $250 remediation cost was deemed payable by the tenant.

Another report dated Dec. 3 describes a guest associated with Williams, identified as Tim Ademola Ademosu, entering the property while producing “an intense marijuana odor” that was allegedly noticeable in the parking garage, lobby and elevator areas. Building management required the individual to leave the premises, according to the notice.

The HOA characterized that incident as a violation of lease provisions prohibiting “illegal activity, nuisance, smoking, and conduct disturbing other residents.”

Additional violations cited by the HOA involved alleged conditions inside the unit itself. On Dec. 5, the association informed the landlord that Williams had acquired two dogs despite a restriction in the condominium rider stating that tenants “are not permitted to keep dogs in a tenant-occupied unit” without written approval. The letter described the animals’ presence as an “ongoing material breach” of the lease terms.

The HOA further reported that an “unauthorized adult female” was residing in the unit in violation of occupancy rules requiring landlord approval for additional residents.

The reported violations surfaced shortly before federal authorities arrested Williams in connection with a Jan. 10, 2026 recording studio incident involving Gucci Mane, founder of The New 1017, the label to which Williams was previously signed.
