Since 2022, Rick Ross’s annual car show has been a huge success for the rap star but a headache for Fayetteville, Georgia.
His third annual car show was reportedly a huge success, with over 12,000 people migrating to the Maybach Music founder’s “Promise Land” estate, but numerous dissatisfied attendees are demanding refunds. The event, which was held on Saturday, June 1, had a large venue, but fans faced long queues, and many were denied entrance. Taking to social media to voice their frustration.
One attendee accused the Bawse of poor business practices, stating they “will never support this AGAIN” after traveling for seven hours only to be denied entry. Another person, vowing not to return, described the event as a “zoo,” claiming they waited “five hours to get on a bus” but were turned away because organizers ran out of wristbands.
Rozay, however, dismissed the criticisms on Instagram the following day, sharing a TMZ report about the complaints. He declared the event historic and expressed eagerness to repeat it in 2025.
“We made history!! 300 acres but everyone couldn’t make it ha,” Ross wrote alongside the report. “See everyone next year.” However, upset ticket holders flooded his comments with grievances.
A third individual enjoyed the show once inside but endured a three-hour wait for a shuttle and another hour to leave, even after skipping the line. They criticized the lack of crowd control, insufficient restrooms, poor organization, inadequate medical support, and lack of water stands, asserting the event could have been much better managed.
Despite these issues, Rick Ross’s Car & Bike Show appeared successful in photos, with attendees smiling, hugging, and laughing with the hip-hop star. Videos inside the event showed vintage cars and vibrant performances on a massive stage, indicating that not everyone was dissatisfied.
Nonetheless, many fans on social media are vocal about their negative experiences, citing the lack of shuttles, excessive wait times, and running out of wristbands. Some demand refunds and have not gotten their money back from event organizers.
While the event’s visuals showcased a fun and lively atmosphere, the significant number of complaints highlights the need for better organization and logistics for future events.
