Russell Simmons already knew about his daughter Aoki Lee’s boyfriend, before it hit the internet.
According to TMZ, Simmons says he was made aware of his 21-year-old dating 65-year-old restauranteur Vittorio Assaf.
In an interview Simmons expressed, “I’m not gonna kick and scream about her choices.” He continued, “all I can do is offer my advice and unconditional love.”
Aoki was spotted kissing Assaf in St. Barths last week and has since seemingly confirmed that the two are in fact dating. The 21 y/o is unfazed by the online comments as she went live with her new beau and assured her friends and family that when she returns from her trip, people will be receiving a “better, more chilled-out” version of herself.
