Shy Glizzy was arrested on Saturday (May 13) morning in West Hollywood, California after he pulled out a gun on his girlfriend and threatened to harm her.
According to TMZ, cops said that Shy Glizzy got into a verbal argument with his on-again off-again partner, which escalated to the D.C. native allegedly pulling out a gun and threatening her. The reported incident occurred on a public street and the rapper left the scene before the cops arrived and arrested him at gunpoint that afternoon.
The “Do You Understand” rapper was booked on a felony charge of making criminal threats. He was released on a $50,000 bond after four hours behind bars. The victim also filed documents asking for a restraining order against Shy Glizzy.
