Snoop Dogg Shows Support After Nia Long Called Out Celtics And Ime Udoka’s Mistress

Snoop Dogg shows support for Nia Long after the actress calls out the Boston Celtics team, and her ex-partner Ime Udoka.

Last year Nia Long and her longtime partner, Ime Udoka, had a public breakup after he was caught cheating on her with his co-worker.

Ime, who previously coached the Boston Celtics, was placed on a year suspension due to misconduct. The woman, Kathleen Lynch, worked for the Boston Celtics as well.

Nia Long has since expressed her hurt and disappointment in how the incident. In a statement Nia says, “the outpouring love and support from family, friends and the community during this difficult time means so much to me,” she said in the statement. “I ask that my privacy be respected as I process the recent events. Above all, I am a mother and will continue to focus on my children.”

In a separate statement Udoka express, “I want to apologize to our players, fans, the entire Celtics organization, and my family for letting them down,” Udoka said in a statement to ESPN. “I am sorry for putting the team in this difficult situation, and I accept the team’s decision. Out of respect for everyone involved, I will have no further comment.”

We previously reported that Nia Long recently shared a clip to her Instagram where Yaba Blay speaks on the unfair treatment of black women’s tears in comparison to white women’s tears. Nia shared the clip to her Instagram and captioned it, “Where was this level of awareness a year ago @celtics ???” She also hashtag’d Ime’s mistresses name,” #kathleenlynch.”

Hot New Hip-Hop noted that Snoop Dogg jumped in the comments to show his support for his sister, Nia. He commented, “Accountability to my sis and nefews retribution is in order I stands with u @iamnialong I. got ya bac” in which Nia replied, “love u.”

Nia also shared another comment, “Thank you @yabablay for your fearlessness and speaking facts for all of us. This is such an important conversation that needs to be heard and understood.”
