Swizz Beatz and Timbaland‘s legal woes with Triller are far from over. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, the pair filed their second lawsuit against the platform for not paying their legal fees — which were part of the settlement’s agreed-upon terms.
Swizz and Timbo reportedly seek around $565,000 following Triller’s failure to pay the initial $100,000 they were owed.
The two filed their first suit against the company in March 2022. It was agreed that Swizz and Timbaland would be paid $18 million and an additional $1 million every month for the next ten months.
However, both parties later settled on a $28 million payout.
