Trey Songz‘s legal woes seemed to have come to a halt — at least temporarily. The singer recently reached an agreement for a lawsuit he received for an alleged assault that happened in 2016.

In February 2023, the “Love Faces” singer was accused of assaulting a woman after the two attended a house party. The pair had met while at a nightclub in Los Angeles. The unnamed woman claims that after Songz invited her upstairs, the alleged assault took place. Trey Songz’s manager, Kevin Lilies, and 300 Entertainment were also defendants in her suit.

Initially, the victim asked for $25,000,000, but both parties eventually reached an agreement for an undisclosed amount. Earlier this year, two women had their lawsuit dropped against the singer over an alleged assault that took place in 2015.
