Earlier we reported that Kenneth Petty was arrested and indicted for not registering as a sex offender in the state of California.
He appeared in court today and according to reports, he pleaded not guilty. Reports also claim that Petty was ordered to be released on a $100,000 bond and per the terms of his release, he has to wear an ankle monitor. He also had to hand over his passport. His travel is now restricted to Southern California.
TMZ reports that Mr. Petty’s legal troubles began in 2019 when he got pulled over in Beverly Hills back in November for a traffic stop. This is when law enforcement realized that he was registered as a sex offender in New York but not in California.
