Wale, Skilla Baby, & Anycia Launch Flight Club Fridays Music Series

Flight Club has launched the sixth season of its signature Flight Club Fridays music series, spotlighting a fresh mix of rising stars and established artists across hip-hop and R&B. The 2025 lineup features Wale, Skilla Baby, Anycia, OsamaSon, and Monaleo, each set to debut new music and exclusive performances as part of the program.

The series, launched by the iconic sneaker consignment brand, extends beyond music to capture intimate portraits of each artist. Through short-form digital content and on-site fan activations, Flight Club Fridays dives into the artists’ hometowns and creative origins. For the first time in the series’ history, in-person events will take place in five major cities—Washington D.C., Atlanta, Detroit, Charleston, and Houston—each tied to the personal story of an artist on the bill.

“Every year, we collaborate with voices who are not just influencing music but also shaping culture,” said Flight Club Brand Director Ilias Panayiotou. “We selected cities that have supported our brand and partnered with artists who reflect their local scenes authentically.”

Flight Club Fridays originally launched as a live in-store performance series in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. The early editions featured acts like Doja Cat, Smino, and Flipp Dinero. Since then, it has evolved into a digital and experiential platform for emerging talent.

Previous lineups have included Saweetie, Tinashe, The Game, IDK, and Earl Sweatshirt & The Alchemist, along with breakout performers such as Flo Milli, Young Nudy, Audrey Nuna, and Joyce Wrice.

This year’s programming underscores the brand’s commitment to music as a cornerstone of its cultural identity. It also reflects a larger trend in merging streetwear and hip-hop storytelling into shared spaces. Each episode aims to connect audiences with the people, cities, and scenes that continue to shape the sound of modern rap and R&B.

As the sixth season rolls out, Flight Club Fridays positions itself not only as a launchpad for music discovery but as a reflection of where street culture, sneakers, and sound converge.
