Yung Miami has done everything she can to distance herself from Sean “Diddy” Combs. However, that might not be enough. The Miami native’s name is now in a new lawsuit against the disgraced mogul. Yung Miami, (whose real name is Caresha Brownlee), is accused of pressuring a woman to have an abortion. The child was believed to be fathered by the Bad Boy CEO. According to court documents obtained by XXL on Friday (Sept.27), an unknown woman accused the disgraced mogul of sexually assaulting her over four years. She claims that he would drug and assault her at least once a month. The woman also alleges that after she discovered she was pregnant by Combs, Yung Miami began to harass her incessantly.

“Caresha Brownlee…harassed Jane Doe by repeatedly calling her and telling Jane Doe to have an abortion,” the court documents read. Unfortunately, not too long after she suffered a miscarriage. The victim says she met Diddy overseas in 2020. She started meeting with him regularly after being invited on an all-expenses paid trip with the superstar from 2021 until 2022. Per the suit, Diddy’s associates would allegedly find the victim, and with no warning take her to one of his homes in Los Angeles, New York, or Miami. She also claims he and his team would use “coercive and harassing language” to convince her to go see him.

“I Can’t speak on something that i don’t know,” yung Miami says while discussing diddy’s Allegations

In August, Yung Miami turned the hot seat upon herself, as she discussed her status with Diddy and his recent allegations on her Caresha Please Podcast. Her long-time friend and Love and Hip Hop star Saucy Santana joined her. “I can’t speak on something that wasn’t my experience, and I can’t speak on something that I don’t know, I can’t speak on these allegations because I wasn’t around at the time,” she said. “I don’t know that person, and that wasn’t my experience.”

She continued: “People feel like I was Diddy’s biggest cheerleader and I made him my brand. And I feel like Diddy was on brand for me. I met him when he was in another era. I met Diddy when the world was celebrating him and giving him his flowers when he was alive. He was getting the (2023 MTV VMAs) Global Icon Award, the (2022 BET Awards) lifetime achievement award, the key to the city. He had a new album that was coming out, so I was celebrating him with the world. And I just feel like everybody’s trying to crucify me for it.”
