It’s safe to say JAY-Z’s latest album 4:44 has made an impact culturally, as almost one week later it is a topic of conversation.
After originally giving a review of Hova’s album, 50 Cent decided to tell the world who was the originators of the money to the ear pose.
In “The Story Of O.J.” JAY-Z dissed the popular pose, “you’re on the Gram holding money to your ear, there’s a disconnect, we don’t call that money over here.”
50 Cent responded with an old photo with himself and Floyd Mayweather as they posed together holding money to their ear as they represented The Money Team.
