J. Cole dropped his latest album, 4 Your Eyez Only, last month. Upon its release, radio began playing a few tracks that stood out, though no single had been officially named by Cole’s camp. After gauging fans’ reactions, Cole’s team has picked which single they’re going to move forward with pushing.
“Deja Vu,” the track with the same sample used in Bryson Tiller’s “Exchange,” will officially go for radio adds on January 10. It’s certainly an interesting choice, given its similarity to “Exchange” and the fact that song has already made its radio rounds, but that’s what they’re going with.
