Things are getting worst for those that were in charge of organizing the failed Fyre Festival last month.

The event is currently under fire as they face six different lawsuits. Now the New York Times is reportedly saying that the FBI is investigating the festival specifically for “possible mail, wire and securities fraud.”

Yikes!

On top of that Blink 182 still have their equipment stuck in what is being called “customs limbo” as well as a restaurant owner who wants what she feels she is owed in providing the meals for the event (the bread and salad?). She’s looking for $134,000 in damages there.

As for Ja Rule, when asked by employees about possible fraud he is cited as allegedly saying, “that’s not fraud, that’s not fraud. False advertising, maybe. Not fraud.”

Interesting.
