Jay Z continues to tear down milestones with not only his music, but his business decisions and also his personal life.
He has made history by being the first hip hop artist to be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. He leads a very impressive class that includes Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Berry Gordy, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Chicago, and Max Martin.
It’s important because it looks like hip hop is breaking through different walls and being recognized in “traditional” music settings.
