Jordan Peele’s “Get Out” Makes History As It Earns $150 Million At The Box Office

Jordan Peele’s social thriller “Get Out” is continuing to shock audiences around America. Not only does the movie explore social issues but it’s making history and breaking records. After the film made Peele the first black director to break the $100 million threshold with a directorial debut in just the third week, the $5 million movie has gone on to become the biggest blockbuster, not only of the year, but of all time

Forbes reported, the film has made $150 million in the United States, becoming the highest-grossing debut film ever, passing the 1999 film “The Blair Witch Project, which made $140 million.

The movie will be released to DVD and Blu-Ray next month with an alternate ending. Make sure you go and pick it up and see what happens!
