Lil’ Wayne continues to excite his fans with different remarks about his upcoming and often delayed Tha Carter V.
He had a recent show on the Kloser 2 U Tour in Dallas, Texas the rapper decided to shout out some comments that will have people talking once again.
“Thank you, C5 coming soon,” Wayne said. “F*** Cash Money. It’s the Roc.”
Wonder what “soon” implies.
Birdman said it would come out this year on Travi$ Scott and Chase B’s show on Beats 1.
“It’s definitely coming out,” he said. “The situation with me and my son, I’m going to put it all behind us and just let it move forward.
Weezy also broke down his partnership with Jay Z earlier this year in an interview with Skip Bayless.
“Jay is just a good guy man,” Weezy said “It was nothing but a simple thing, just friend-to-friend, ‘I just want to help you.’ That’s all it was. ‘I just want to help you man. In any way I can.’ And right now he’s just going to help me in any way he can, and that’s just what it is.”
At this point, it looks like we’re just going to have to wait until we get an official announcement.
