The Miami Heat team had a close call late last night, when a jet carrying all of the players and staff slid on the runway during landing at a Milwaukee airport.
There had been heavy snowfall that night, along with ice underneath, resulting in the perfect conditions for disaster. Thankfully, no one was injured! Shortly after landing, the team tweeted about the incident.
“Upon landing in Milwaukee tonight the team plane slid while taxiing but never left the pavement. Everyone on board has deplaned and is ok.”
The Heat will play the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday.
