Looks like Nicki Minaj really felt some of JAY-Z’s latest lyrics.

Last year, Meek Mill and Nicki had a public breakup when she told the world she was single by going on Twitter and making the announcement.

The two have avoided petty back and forths since, but some lyrics allowed for an opportunity to go back and forth.

The lyrics in “Kill JAY-Z” went as follows:

“You egged Solange on, Knowin’ all along, all you had to say you was wrong, You almost went Eric Benét
Let the baddest girl in the world get away, I don’t even know what else to say, Nigga, never go Eric Benét!”

Nicki took those lyrics and decide to send a small message.

“Oh so u niggaz gon sit up here & act like #Wifey aint BEEN tell y’all 1. Don’t lose the baddest girl in the world. #EricBenet.”

Meek saw the post and subliminally defended himself with an Instagram post of his own allowing for himself to give his side. Well, kinda.
