Robin Thicke’s main lawyer has been taken off of his case in the custody battle with estranged wife, Paula Patton. TMZ has reported, a lawyer from the firm that reps Paula has moved over to the firm that reps Robin, and the judge on the matter felt that it would be in everyone’s best interest if Robin no longer used that firm.

The decision was handed down during a court hearing yesterday. Luckily, Robin still has legal representation from other firms in the ongoing battle.
