Nikki Yovino of Long Island could be facing up to five years in prison for falsely accusing two Sacred Heart University football players of raping her in a bathroom, forcing the players to withdraw from the university. Yovino made claims that she was pulled into the bathroom by the two student athletes during a party in Bridgeport, CT on October 4, 2016. During the investigations students told authorities that Yovino willingly went into the bathroom with the two men and had consensual sex. She then later admitted to making up the allegations because she feared losing another male student as her friend and potential boyfriend.

She is being charged falsely reporting an incident and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, according to the Connecticut Post. She could possibly face up to five years in prison.

She deserves it!
