Authorities have shot and killed a man during an LA car chase. The man was armed with a hatchet. The whole entire encounter was caught on video. In the video we can see the man climbing out of his car window before being shot and killed by police. We can not see the hatchet but police say that the weapon was found near the body. The suspect died on the scene.
