DJ Khaled was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to talk about his album, life, and more. He also discussed his son of course, and the decision to make his Executive Producer of his album Grateful.
If you ask how his five month old son can help create the album. Khaled has the perfect answer for that actually.
“He’s in the studio listening to songs with me, going over the business part of it, if the vocals are right, if the beats are right, if the energy’s right, everything – he’s a part of,” he said. Headnods are smash hits, focused look are serious hits, and throw ups are blessings.
Asahd is also essential in getting talent for the album.
“The other day, I was talking to Big Sean and I was waiting on his vocals. I had to send a video of my son, Ashad, going, ‘Where the vocals at?’”
