Times Square Car Crash The Result Of Mental Issues Or K2? [GRAPHIC VIDEO]

This is Beyond NUTS!!! Earlier today a young Bronx resident drove his 2009 Honda into a crowded corner in Times Square, 1 young woman dead, and 22 injured, Very Sad. One outlet is saying the young man has had previous mental issues, and has been arrested for drunk driving. Another is saying he was high on K2(the fake weed) at the time. The word is he got out of the car and told police ‘God made him do it’. RIP to the young lady that lost her life, and may the 22 injured recovery with no further issues!!
