Tomi Lahren went on The View a few weeks ago and proclaimed that she was pro-choice. Since then her and The Blaze owner, Glenn Beck, have bumped heads over Lahren’s statements. According to Lahren, Glenn Beck and The Blaze made her life hell leading up to her suspension and eventual firing. She says that the reason for her firing is not listed as one of the grounds for termination in her contract with the company, so she is planning on taking legal action.

Lahren’s lawsuit accuses The Blaze of making “a clear attempt to embarrass, humiliate, and undermine [her] reach to her audience on social media and elsewhere.” She’s is trying to regain access to her Facebook account, which has 4.2 million followers. Tomi Lahren says she owns the account, not the company.

The Blaze says that they did not fire Tomi and she’s still being paid, so they don’t understand why she’s suing. They caught up with TMZ and said “It is puzzling than an employee who remains under contract (and is still being paid) has sued us for being fired, especially when we continue to comply fully with the terms of our agreement with her.”
