Back in May, one man was killed and a few others injured when a shooting went down at a T.I. concert at Irving Plaza in NYC. Rapper Troy Ave was initially arrested and charged with the murder, despite also being shot in the melee. However, new developments speak toward podcast host Taxstone having been the one to pull the trigger, and he is currently behind bars without bail.

Ave – who infamously had beef with Tax, which is the rumored reason behind the altercation – is currently out on bail and awaiting trial, and had some thoughts to share on the matter.

“I view the charges brought today before the SDNY as a positive step in the direction of true justice for what occurred at Irving Plaza that night. As we have said since May 26, 2016, Roland Collins (Troy Ave) did not enter Irving Plaza with a handgun the night of the TI concert. He was not responsible for the four shots fired inside the Green Room that took the life of his dear friend (Ronald) McPhatter, and caused injury to him and two other innocent bystanders.”

As we have been, will keep you updated on any new updates on the case!
