We all know that JAY-Z released a brand new album in 4:44 recently. Does the meaning behind those numbers have a secret meaning though?
One of his clues may have been discovered. He released footnotes on the project recently where he explained the meaning of the title.
“I woke up, literally, at 4:44 in the morning, 4:44 a.m., to write this song.”
There may be more to the story that he did not share. If you remember, Beyoncé’s sister Solange got into a scuffle with JAY-Z at The Standard Hotel.
After some research, the address not-so-ironically stands at 444 West 13th Street in New York City.
