JAY-Z and Beyoncé can officially call a brand new place home.
After a long search the two have reportedly fight a brand new home in Los Angeles to live.
According to the Los Angeles Times, they purchased a $88 million Bel-Air mansion with a $52.8 million of mortgage payments. That’s basically $252,075 per month over 30 years.
It encludes a basketball court, four outdoor swimming pools, a wellness center and more. Not bad.
