Tory Lanez:

Tory Lanez is off house arrest in the Megan Thee stallion shooting case, but he faces a third felony charge. Prosecutors hit Tory with discharging a firearm with gross negligence, which qualifies as a deportable crime. He’s facing 22 years if convicted. Tory responded to the news online with a Bible verse

Roddy Ricch: 

Roddy Ricch was sued for his 2019 Grammy-nominated breakout hit, “The Box,” which is diamond certified. Calforniai-based songwriter Greg Perry filed a federal lawsuit for copyright infringement, saying “The Box ripped off elements from his 1975 single, “Come On Down.” Greg wants to be awarded damages. 

Cardi B:

According to Cardi B., anxiety is holding up her second album. She said making music used to be fun, but now it’s “like a job.” She said, “Everybody just [critiques] everything that I do, that it’s just like…you know, sometimes you just don’t want to do something that may give you that much anxiety.” Her debut album dropped in 2018, but since then, she’s released singles and appeared on features. 

Brittney Griner:

After 10 months in a Russian prison, Brittney Griner is a free woman. She was sentenced to 9 years after being found guilty for having vape cartridges. In exchange for her release, the U.S. government will reportedly send convicted international arms dealer Viktor Bout back to Russia. 

Takeoff:

Takeoff’s murder suspect, a 33-yea-old man named Patrick Xavier Clark is asking a judge for $5,000. He’s trying to build his defense, says he needs a private investigator and is financially unable to get one on his own. He’s held on $2 million bond and is due in court on December 14. It’s also being reported Takeoff’s estranged parents are fighting over who should control Takeoff’s assets since he didn’t leave a will. 

Nelly & Ashanti:

Nelly and Ashanti had a steamy intimate performance. The Princess of R&B had Nelly in a trance when they performed their single “Body On Me.” Take a look:
