According to reports, Diddy‘s presumed drug mule has been vindicated from all drug possession charges.

The alleged mule, Brendan Paul, rejected testifying against the mogul, but he still fulfilled his obligations for a pretrial program to avoid prison time. Paul was taken into custody in March at a Miami airport after the feds raided Diddy’s properties. Officers identified findings of marijuana and cocaine following their discovery of Paul working as Puff’s assistant.

Nonetheless, Paul has kept quiet about his recent legal win as well as his former boss’s ongoing case. The former college athlete was originally listed as a “mule” in producer Lil Rod‘s sexual assault case against the mogul. Court documents allege that he was tasked with “acquir[ing] and distribut[ing]…drugs and guns.”

As the case continued, Diddy’s legal team responded, stating, “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.” “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with [Lil Rod]’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

Furthermore, Diddy’s former partner, Yung Miami, was also listed in the lawsuit as one of his alleged drug mules. Lil Rod and his attorneys claim that Miami acquired “pink cocaine”—a mixture of MDMA and cocaine for Puff’s social gatherings. Additionally, the legal filings named Miami and 50 Cent‘s ex-partner, Daphne Joy, as a few of the mogul’s sex workers.

Yung Miami took to X, addressing the allegations, saying, “Y’all be going for ANYTHING […] Something the internet made up and yall ran with it!!! N-ggas don’t even pay that for child support why tf would a n-gga ever pay me 250k for. FOR WHAT??”
