The song gained widespread attention over the summer through social media after being previewed in 2019. The award-winning entertainer promised the new single’s official release weeks ago after reaching 250,000 requests from his followers on Twitch. The snippet continues to draw viral popularity on social media as fans use the track to execute signature dance routines.
“Club Husband” — a music video for the song drops on Monday — addresses the conflict between nightlife and relationship commitments. The song features a woman caught between the thrill of clubbing and the duties of being a loyal partner. T-Pain’s Auto-Tuned vocals and catchy beats effectively highlight the struggle between personal freedom and relationship responsibilities.

T-Pain Drops “Club Husband” With Block Party
This Friday, October 17, the “Buy U A Drank” hitmaker will celebrate 20 years in music with a free block party on T-Pain Lane in Tallahassee, Florida. the street named in his honor earlier this year.
Fans can expect a full day of games, karaoke, food, music, and activities designed to give back to the community that helped launch his career. T-Pain’s new Nappy Boy Dranks will be on hand with his Good Game By T-Pain energy shots that will be made available in stores nationwide at the beginning of 2026.
The neighborhood celebration, timed with FAMU Homecoming, will run from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Walker Ford Community Center. Attendees can enjoy bounce houses, photobooths, sketch artists, and a mix of carnival and table games. The festivities will conclude with the TP20: Celebrating 20 Years of T-Pain concert at Tucker Civic Center.
Local food vendors will bring the flavor. Big D’s BBQ will serve brisket, chicken, and crab-stuffed turkey legs. Just Rolls offers shrimp and grits, mac and cheese, and red velvet cake with “ice cream in a cup.”
Leola’s Crab Shack, owned by a fellow Tallahassee native, will feature crab legs, fried catfish, and gator. Dessert fans can grab shaved ice, funnel cakes, and Banana Pudding Milkshakes from Madison’s Scoop of Paradice.
