Kim Scott, Eminem’s former wife, was hospitalized after suffering a medical emergency at her Michigan home, according to records obtained by TMZ. The 51-year-old reportedly experienced a serious bleeding episode. Emergency responders described it as a “hemorrhage” or “laceration” in their report. The incident occurred Saturday night. Paramedics arrived at her residence and transported her away on a stretcher.
The video showed Scott appearing unconscious as she was taken from the home and placed into an ambulance. She was later transported to McLaren Macomb Hospital for treatment. Her current condition has not been publicly disclosed, and additional details about the medical episode remain limited.
The hospitalization comes after Scott’s recent involvement in a separate legal matter. It stemmed from a May DUI arrest in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. Police said she struck a parked vehicle, though no injuries were reported after the incident. Officers also alleged that Scott appeared impaired at the scene. She recorded a blood alcohol concentration of .204%, which is significantly above Michigan’s legal limit of .08%.

Authorities said Scott had the smell of alcohol on her and acknowledged consuming drinks earlier that day. She cooperated with officers during the arrest and was briefly booked at Macomb County Jail. Her booking photo later drew attention online. It showed her with a short pixie haircut, marking a noticeable change in appearance.
A judge later issued a warrant after Scott missed a scheduled DUI hearing in June, according to Page Six. However, the matter was ultimately dismissed. Scott’s personal history has remained connected to Eminem. His real name is Marshall Mathers. Their relationship became one of the most recognized chapters of the rapper’s early career.
The couple first married in 1999 before divorcing in 2001. They briefly reunited for another marriage in 2006 before separating again. They share three children: Hailie Jade, 30, Alaina, 33, and Stevie, 24. Additionally, Scott has a son named Parker, who was born after her relationship with Eminem ended.
