It’s been an exciting year for Missy Elliot!

She made history as the first female inducted to the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Now the history-making hit-maker gave fans information on her upcoming project. On an IG video, Missy is dancing and glowing over her good news!

The “Get Your Freak On” rapper said she’s been working on this project since 2018. Missy let her fans know this body of work will be next level!

Its been fourteen years since her last album. Back in 2005, she released “The Cookbook,” which is her sixth studio album. It made it to the number one spot on the Billboard charts the year it came out.
