Rajan Rondo just lost some cool points.
TMZ reports the NBA star allegedly pulled a gun on his former partner/mother of his children, Ashley Bachelor. In addition, he threatened to kill her during a heated argument. According to Bachelor, what makes the situation even worse is that their kids witnessed the toxic behavior.
Bachelor claims the argument started when she asked one of their sons to do laundry. Bachelor says Rajon became enraged and ripped the game console out of the wall in front of their child. Bachelor says Rajon became more angry and his behavior was “destructive.” He began “smashing everything from a teacup to outdoor lights and trash cans.”
At this point, the kids were upset watching their dad get so angry so she tried to “deescalate” the situation. However, that’s when Rajon made death threats, according to Bachelor. She claims he said, “You’re dead” to her. Bachelor claims Rajon left, then came back about 15-minutes later. He was allegedly banging on the door with a gun. Bachelor says she was scared and Rajan yelled at her to get their son and daughter. She says she did what he asked because she was frightened. Bachelor claims when the kids went outside, Rajon yelled at them and asked why they were scared. Bachelor said Rajon’s parents came over during the midst of the madness, but weren’t able to calm their son down. He left a short while later.
A judge granted Bachelor an emergency order of protection. By law, Rajan has to temporarily stay at least 500 feet away from Bachelor and their kids. Bachelor was also given temporary custody of the children. Reported on the outlet, Bachelor said, “I am extremely fearful for my safety and for the safety of my children. Rajon has a history of volatile, erratic, explosive behavior. He is verbally, emotionally, and financially abusive. He physically hits our son and calls him names like ‘p***y’ and accuses him of acting like a ‘bitch.’” She continued,
“Rajon verbally assaults our daughter. He calls her names like ‘thot, bitch, and d**khead.’ Rajon has made several threats on my life, saying at various times he will shoot me or shoot up my car.”
