This disturbing news reported by ABC 7 has the world in shock as 11-year-old Jamoneisha Merritt’s face has been destroyed by a jealous friend who poured a pot of boiling water on her.
Merritt is currently in Harlem hospital while doctors work on her condition.
The young girl has suffered second-degree burns on both her head and shoulders.
The incident occurred in the Bronx at a sleepover, where the victim and the attacker allegedly got into an argument.
When Merritt went to bed she was awaken by the unnamed attacker pouring the boiling pot of water on her face and shoulders.
Hopefully justice is served.
