2 Milly is officially filing a lawsuit against Epic Games, the company that created Fortnite, for using the Milly Rock without his permission.
For those not familiar with the game, players can purchase difference dance moves including this one which is currently called “Swipe It” in the game.
According to TMZ, he is suing for damages and legal fees and is looking to eliminate the Milly Rock from the game.
The rapper spoke to the outlet about his complaint.
