DaBaby has something to celebrate!

As reported on TMZ, DaBaby won’t face any charges from a 2021 incident. In January last year, the rapper was arrested in Beverly Hills for allegedly having a weapon on him during a shopping spree. A security guard in the Gucci store claimed he saw DaBaby allegedly with a gun when he lifted up his shirt. DaBaby and his crew left but had a run-in with the police on Rodeo Drive. Authorities searched the car he was in and found a gun. Since no one owned up to it, cops arrested Baby.

In the latest report, the L.A. County D.A. rejected the gun case. The D.A. chose not to prosecute due to lack of evidence. 50 Cent reacted to the news under DaBaby’s post. DaBaby shared the TMZ article on I.G., 50 commented “good news.” Take a look:

The outlet says DaBaby’s attorney, Drew Findling, said, “We’ve been 100% confident in Mr. Kirk’s innocence since the day of this incident and are appreciative that the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has made a similar determination.”

DaBaby still has a case for the scuffle at the bowling alley with DaniLeigh’s brother last month. We’ll keep you updated!
