A new accuser is calling Trey Songz out for sexual assault.
The woman's name is Megan Johnson, and she claims at a party in 2013, Trey
her breast. She went as a VIP guest at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT, for an event called Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz.
The video obtained by
shows Trey doing that and the woman laughing after. Then you see Megan quickly fix herself as Trey repeatedly says "Ti***es." Take a look at a screen recording captured by the Glock Topickz blog:
Megan and her legal team demand Trey pay for allegedly groping their client, the outlet reports. Per the publication, the letter says, Megan had a friend take a photograph of her, "but [at] that moment they allege Trey came up from behind and pulled her breast out from her bikini top and then chanted "T***ies in the Open."
Megan's lawyers explained her laughter in the video from the embarrassing moment. They said, "she was humiliated, and the incident caused lasting damage, including severe emotional distress and self-harm." They also seemingly gave a reason as to why she waited years to come out. They claim Megan was triggered by Trey's Vegas case recently getting dropped by authorities.
The article points out that the statute of limitations may disrupt the case. However, Trey has until May 5 to respond.
