The fifth day of the Tory Lanez 2020 shooting trial wrapped up.
Multiple journalists reported a DNA expert said Tory’s DNA wasn’t on the magazine. “It can’t be concluded that his DNA wasn’t on the gun, but it can’t be said that it was either,” Meghann Cuniff reported.
Earlier today (December 16), the court played a recording of Megan’s ex-friend, Kelsey Harris, interview with prosecutors in September. In the audio, Kelsey said Tory shot Megan.
