Actor Shameik Moore is apologizing for his tweets about police brutality which was in connection with the death of George Floyd.
Moore wrote on his Twitter account, “Look… all I’m saying is.. in the MOMENT.. when we are experiencing racism.. can we the black community find ways to avoid being killed? Or hunted.” See his entire thread of tweets below.

The Wu-Tang: An American Saga star would later say that his tweets were taken out of context after he was met with heavy backlash. Moore went on IG Live to issue an apology.
“Again, I’ll just say for the people watching: I did not mean to offend any of the Black community,” he added. “It was wrong timing. I f***ed up in that way.”
