Tekashi 6ix9ine was recently released from prison and a lot of people have mixed feelings on it.
If you’ve been on social media for the past year, you’d know that the whole world was calling Tekashi 6ix9ine a “rat” or a “snitch,” except Akon, apparently. Akon shares that he doesn’t blame 6ix9ine for testifying against his fellow gang members.
“Here’s the thing, he’s young bro…He had to literally decide, ‘What’s more valuable to me? My family or my future,’” Akon mentioned. “You have to make a decision that’s going to better you.”
Akon stressed the fact that 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, is young and probably doesn’t know any better. He referred to 6ix9ine as his “little man.”
