August Alsina is speaking out amid the Will Smith/Chris Rock drama.

The singer shared a lengthy message about choosing peace and trusting life. It’s pretty deep, but check it out:

“choose peace; trusting that life’s intricate puzzle pieces are all forming together for the greater good and mastering of the seasonally sometime chaotic nature of your life’s art piece, being formed and painted by birthing life to your internal masterpiece formed & grown through external chaos-metamorphosing alchemy, turned 2 light & beauty within, then turned Master P (i) E^CE shown without, of your life’s own whimsical & colorful art-piece, being co created and displayed through living while & after being broken to peace’s/pieces.“ He concluded with,

“I’m A Walking Billboard & Network Simply Desiring To Televise & Broadcast Love, the love, grace and healing embrace of God, Good Music that’s healing (w/ a lil bit of nasty) (cus the art of sharing temples can too be healing) My Nola mixed w/ My H-Town background of Top Tier DRIP & FLAVA & bag secure abundantly for the ones i love while trying to keep a clean heart out here. DassIT!!.”

In June 2020, August made a shocking claim and said that he had an affair with Jada and Will “allowed it.” The next month, Jada admitted to having an entanglement with August. She said she and Will were separated during the time, and she wanted to “feel good.” She also added that it was “a joy to just help heal somebody.”

Will Smith and Jada spoke about the engagement on Jayda’s show, Red Table Talk. According to Will, he never explicitly gave his blessing for Jayda and August’s relationship. Jayda clarified the claim and said only she could “give permission.” Jada also claims her and Will reconciled and she hasn’t spoken to August “in years.”

A while later, August dropped his song “Entanglement” ft. Rick Ross.
