Giving back to his community is something that Big Sean is very familiar with. The Detroit native recently donated a $100,000 recording studio to the Dick and Sandy Dauch Boys and Girls club.

The reason for the donation was to provide and increase resources for the kids of the community. “Detroit is such a musical city, soulful city and there are so many kids that have the talent but just don’t have the resources to record,” as reported by The Detroit Press

The state of the art studio will be made available for students and adults in the community.  This generous donation was made during Sean’s second annual Detroit’s On Now (DON) Weekend. Big Sean also plans to build a lot more studios.
