Ceaser Emanuel is addressing child abuse allegations made against him. The allegations were made by the mother of his 17-year-old daughter, Cheyenne.
Cheyenne accused Ceaser of physically abusing her earlier this year.

Cheyenne's mom Crystal chimed in. She claims the police ignored her daughter's allegations. She also claims Cheyenne was "forced" to leave her father's house with only the clothes she had in her back. She claims her dad would go months without speaking to her and only reconnected for a storyline for Blank Ink.
