Donald Trump referred to the bombing as “another successful event.”
The most powerful non-nuclear bomb was dropped by the US military on Afghanistan today in hopes of targeting Isis.
The GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast Bomb also known as the ‘mother of all bombs” is 30 feet long, and 21,600 pounds.
White House press secretary Sean Spicer made a statement saying: “The United States takes the fight against ISIS very seriously and in order to defeat the group we must deny them operational space, which we did.”
Trump refuses to reveal whether or not he personally signed off on the massive hit yet said: “Everybody knows exactly what happens. So, what I do is I authorize our military.”
