The rapper was receiving backlash after her fiancee Offset released a semi-nude photo of her on Instagram. She was not ashamed to speak out, and made sure people knew that she was proud of the photo.

“Let me be free. If I want to be half a** naked, why not? A b**** used to be a whole motherf***ing stripper. If I wanna feel sexy, if I want y’all to see my motherf***ing body, why the f*** not?”

She doubled down on this message by giving fans more of herself, with another nude photo on Instagram. She also sent a message to the world that she will not let other people dictate her actions. “I do what I like.”
