Friend of the show, Casanova came through Ebro in the Morning to have a great conversation about the growth of his career, visiting Davido and doing a music video in Africa, the Roc Nation Brunch & more.

He also discussed his old beef with 6ix9ine, and how the two actually became great friends. The Brooklyn rapper reveals how 6ix9ine ultimately helped his career, and reveals some conversations the two have had with each other.

The Brooklyn rapper believes that his beef with Tekashi ultimately made him a better person, and squashing the beef and taking the high road ultimately got him doing positive things for the community.

He addressed his conversation at Brooklyn City Hall, “I don’t think I would’ve ever did that if I never met Tekashi. I want to the kids.”

Casanova also spoke about the Roc Nation Brunch, and why he is so happy.

“I don’t feel no baggage,” he said. “I don’t want to be gangsta. I just want to be free.”

As for 6ix9ine himself, he believed him to be a very smart individual. “Believe it or not,” he said. “He was a genius, man.”

His EP Free At Last is set to be released February 15.
