Casanova has decided to turn himself in to police.
The rapper became a wanted man to officials after being accused of attacking a woman for taking a photo of him. Niya Rucker claims that she was filming the rapper at Good Stuff Diner on West 14th Street, when asked not to take photos an accomplice and the Brooklyn rapper approached her, allegedly assaulted her and deleted the footage.
According to the New York Post, she claims Casanova tried to grab her phone to delete the video while his friend put her in a headlock and choked her.
Then she claims she was punched in the face.
He has been charged with felony second-degree robbery. We will update you when more information is available.
