This doesn’t sound too good.

According to reports, Chris Brown is being sued by one of his former backup dancers, Danielle Griffin. The lawsuit claims that fake blood used for one of Chris Brown’s videos caused her eye injuries.

Griffin alleges that make-up artist Angel “carelessly and negligently poured fake liquid blood on (her) head without eye protection after assuring her that the substance was safe.” It ultimately led to damage in both her eyes.  Griffin is seeking $25,000 for “loss of wages including past and present,” and damages from Brown and his production team.

The dancer also claims the production company “had a duty to properly train its employees and agents on the use of dangerous substance including fake liquid blood when preparing dancers and performers for the music video.”

It’s unclear as to which video this incident took place at, but, Griffin is claiming that Chris nor the production team supported her during her recovery.

We will keep you updated on this.
